Impact Awards
CREW Jacksonville Impact Awards recognizes the exceptional impact of an individual, project and/or initiative in commercial real estate industry throughout the northeast Florida region. The area of coverage is Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, Baker, Clay, Flagler or Putnam Counties.
2024 Impact Award Recipients:
Individual - Tamara Baker, CEO/Owner Baker Design Build
This award is given to an individual that has significantly promoted, benefited or advanced the Northeast Florida community.
Project - DePaul School of Northeast Florida & Florida Dyslexia Literacy Center
This award is given to a commercial real estate project that has been completed with measurable impact to the Northeast Florida community within the past two years.
Initiative - The Corner at Debs
This award is given for an initiative that has been conceived and introduced within the past two years that will measurably impact the Northeast Florida community.
Edge Award - Westlake Industrial Park
This award is given to a commercial real estate project in the Northeast Florida community to recognize Economic Development and Growth Excellence.
2024 Chapter Award Recipients:
Rising Star - Erin Chanatry, Marsh Commercial Real Estate
Awarded to a member who has been a member for less than 2 years. This individual actively participates in events, committees and leadership.
Member-to-Member Business - Lauren Langham, Pierson Ferdinand
Awarded either to an individual or to a team of CREW members who have demonstrated extraordinary commitment to assemble CREW talent, which has resulted in measurable business for other CREW members.
Beth Lipko Spirit Award - Nicole Ryan, United Real Estate Gallery, Commercial
Awarded to a member who consistently demonstrates a commitment to provide referrals, member recruitment, committee and community involvement.
