CREW Jacksonville Impact Awards recognizes the exceptional impact of an individual, project and/or initiative in commercial real estate industry throughout the northeast Florida region. The area of coverage is Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, Baker, Clay, Flagler or Putnam Counties.

On December 10, 2025, CREW Jax celebrated people and projects that are making an IMPACT in our Region, and our Chapter.
2025 Impact Award Recipients:
Individual - Daniel Cano, CEO/Co-Owner, Her Heart Assisted Living
This award is given to an individual that has significantly promoted, benefited or advanced the Northeast Florida community.
Project - Pinnacle Financial Partners, Expansion into Florida
This award is given to a commercial real estate project that has been completed with measurable impact to the Northeast Florida community within the past two years.
2025 Chapter Award Recipients:
Rising Star - Chris Brannon, Vystar Credit Union
Awarded to a member who has been a member for less than 2 years. This individual actively participates in events, committees and leadership.
Member-to-Member Business - Cyndi Hulett-Hunt, Colony Bank
Awarded either to an individual or to a team of CREW members who have demonstrated extraordinary commitment to assemble CREW talent, which has resulted in measurable business for other CREW members.
Beth Lipko Spirit Award - Kinita King, AFLAC
Awarded to a member who consistently demonstrates a commitment to provide referrals, member recruitment, committee and community involvement.
President’s Award – Above & Beyond - Chelsea Gallup, Colony Bank
Awarded to an individual who has demonstrated exceptional dedication, initiative, and outstanding performance that has significantly impacted the chapter.
President’s Award – Tenacity Award - Candis O’Donnell, CHUBB
Awarded to a CREW member who has demonstrated persistence and determination that has positively impacted the chapter.
