CREW Jacksonville Property Tour: The Greenleaf

Originally built in the 1920s as the home of Greenleaf & Crosby jewelers, the building at Laura and Adams streets has recently undergone an extensive restoration and redevelopment. The revitalized property now features a mix of office, dining, and commercial uses.

Led by the NAI Hallmark management team, the tour will explore the building's history, restoration, and redevelopment, while offering insight into the unique considerations involved in repositioning and operating a historic downtown property. Attendees will see firsthand how historic preservation and modern commercial use have been thoughtfully integrated.
