Ergisi Tower: Downtown Jacksonville Development Update
Please join us for an engaging presentation by David Ergisi, President and CEO of Cross Regions, and Doug Smith, COO of Cross Regions, for insight into the Ergisi Tower planned for downtown Jacksonville. The overall project is expected to have an estimated 320 condominium residences, with levels one and two of the building planned for 35,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space. Levels one through eight are planned to accommodate parking. The building is designed to be 712 feet, encompassing 53 levels.
Ergisi Tower is projected to be a blend of residential, restaurants and retail in a scenic riverfront setting of natural beauty and underutilized access. The goal is to create a desirable residential establishment and public spaces that further connect and enhance Downtown Jacksonville and its Riverwalk, including public pedestrian access. Plans include a first-floor riverfront restaurant, with outdoor seating and views of the St Johns River as well as a second-floor restaurant and retail spaces overlooking the river.
Cross Regions Group will be the master developer, KBJ Architects Inc. of Jacksonville will be the architect and Kimley-Horn of Raleigh, NC, is working on engineering during the due diligence phase.
